MGA Contracts Ltd specialises in the installation of Structural Waterproofing Systems and Damp Proof Courses in basements, cellars, underground car parks, swimming pools and the like.

Structural Waterproofing is usually achieved by Tanking renders and coatings which are predominantly cement based, and Water Management Systems in the form of Cavity Drainage Membranes and Pumps. At MGA Contracts Ltd we can perform basement waterproofing via basement tanking to ensure your basement, or other area, is fully waterproof.

MGA Contracts Ltd are familiar with and approved to install a range of Waterproofing and Damp proofing products supplied by system manufacturers from all over the UK. If you are looking for cellar, swimming pool, car park, basement waterproofing or even basement tanking we can help.

Predominantly, our suppliers are Sika Ltd, Triton Chemical Manufacturing Co Ltd (Isola Platon), and Safeguard Europe PLC (Vandex and Oldroyd), all of which offer manufacturers warranties.  Other suppliers include Delta Membranes Ltd, John Newton & Co Ltd, Remmers UK Ltd & R.I.W. Ltd.

Replacement and/or upgraded damp proof courses are undertaken with the use of Mortar Injection and Silicone based products, all of which are installed under BS6756.

In addition to our Waterproofing and Damp proofing services we also undertake the treatment of timber against wood boring insects, masonry sterilization against fungal attack, timber repairs with epoxy resins, and general builders work in connection with specialist applications.
